In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "zs88" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at zs88.lat, including all games, betting markets, promotions, software, and support infrastructure.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the zs88 platform, including associated wallet balance, betting history, and personal information.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on zs88 and is of eligible age and jurisdiction to use the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award, or matched deposit incentive granted by zs88 to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used across all zs88 financial operations.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the zs88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and zs88. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Access to and use of the zs88 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zs88 enforces strict age verification at account registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing zs88 as an individual acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts on the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of a zs88 employee or contractor in a role that could constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through any gambling platform, including zs88 itself. If you have previously self-excluded and believe your exclusion period has expired, you must contact zs88 support to confirm reinstatement before attempting to access your account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are uncertain about your legal capacity to contract, you should seek independent legal advice before creating a zs88 account.

Each player may hold only one active account on the zs88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to zs88. Should any of your registered details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

• zs88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon deposit, and prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, accompanied by proof of address dated within three months.
• Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their zs88 login credentials. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. zs88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access arising from a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• zs88 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these registration conditions.

All deposits to your zs88 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. zs88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which zs88 bears no responsibility.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the zs88 platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin (BTC). zs88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the zs88 account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation on the respective mobile platform.
• Bank transfer deposits from HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within standard banking hours and typically credited within one to three hours.
• All funds deposited into a zs88 account must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zs88 may decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is made in bad faith, with fraudulent intent, or in breach of any applicable financial regulation.

Withdrawal requests on zs88 are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification on the requesting account. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been submitted and approved by the zs88 compliance team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise specified. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in standard good standing, though larger withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review processes.

zs88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that are published at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus conditions in this section apply.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount on qualifying casino games or sports markets.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining unwagered after the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. If a new bonus is claimed while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.
• zs88 reserves the right to void, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of automated strategies.
• Bonus funds may not be used to participate in all game categories. Specific game restrictions applicable to each bonus will be detailed in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward bonus playthrough requirements.

All sports betting markets and casino game outcomes on zs88 are governed by the rules published within the platform for each respective product. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the platform's recorded result is the definitive record, subject to the appeals process described in Section 9.

For cricket and PSL betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or results in a no-result, bets will be settled according to the rule applicable to that specific market.
• Live in-play bets accepted after a material event (e.g., a wicket falling) but before odds update may be voided at zs88's discretion where there is clear evidence of latency exploitation.
• zs88 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting access to any market or event for any account, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All RNGs used by zs88's game providers are independently certified by recognised testing agencies. Results are final and cannot be reversed after settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the zs88 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information exploitation, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through zs88.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or incorrect odds postings on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void and will not be paid.
• Using the zs88 platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activity. zs88 is required by law to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering an account under false or borrowed identity information.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward zs88 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

All content on the zs88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, written content, promotional materials, and the zs88 brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of zs88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any zs88 content or software in any form.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

• zs88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
• zs88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• In all cases where liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of zs88 to any account holder shall not exceed the account balance held by that player at the time the cause of action arose.

zs88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. The platform operates on the principle that gambling should remain a leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may not be increased for a cooling period of 24 hours.

Your continued use of the zs88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the zs88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which zs88 operates its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and zs88, the player should first contact the zs88 support team via the live chat facility or via the platform email address. zs88 will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of the initial complaint being formally raised.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
